Site Setup List

This contains our suggestions on how to set up your site safe, based on the questions you answered when you set up your Project.

Pre-Construction information

This section has all of the important Pre-Construction Information in it. Names, addresses, contact details etc. You'll need to keep it safe and refer to it as necessary.

Display Documents

This contains all of the documents that you need to put on display in your designated place, such as the site office or rest area.

It contains:
Incident, accident and occurrences procedure
Site induction information
A copy of your site rules
The route to the nearest hospital with and A&E department from the site
An equivalent HSE law leaflet for you to distribute
(saving you £15)
A standard Health & Safety policy template which we create for you (if you don't supply one of your own)
You ELI and PLI certificates

Construction Phase Plan (CPP)

This is the meat in the pie.
You need this document to comply with CDM 2015 regulations. It's your Health & Safety bible and contains all of the information you need to keep your site safe.

It contains:
Pre-construction information (PCI)
Site setup list
Display documents
Site rules
Accient reporting
Risk assessments
COSHH reports
Site induction information and sheets
Additional information (such as the HSE Introduction to Asbestos Essentials if asbestos could be present on your site)

These documents are all produced in under a minute after you've completed and submitted your Project set up.
You can then download, print and share this information as you see fit.
